SERVICES

Michael J. Turner Home Inspections offer a variety of services to better serve you. The following is a list of some of the services we provide:

Home Buyers Inspection – This is the most common inspection. This inspection is for the home buyer who is interested in purchasing a home. A thorough examination of the residence is an essential step toward home ownership. It can increase confidence about the condition of a property and save thousands of dollars down the road.

Sellers (Pre-Home) Inspection –.Although not as popular as the home buyer’s inspection, this inspection is performed so the seller has the upper hand. The seller has the home inspected before its listed, allowing time for quotes and contractors to make necessary repairs and minimizing any delays in the sale, usually resulting in a full price offer.

Termite Inspections - WDIR (Wood Destroying Insect Report) is provided when a home or other structure is being sold and the mortgage lender or buyer requires an inspection as part of the transaction. Termites cause over a billion dollars in property damage a year in the United States. That's more than all fires and floods combined. Rather than fast and furious, termites work slow and silently as they eat away your home or property. Whether old or new, damage is done without you realizing it. Michael J. Turner Home Inspections provides a termite certificate with every inspection, using a licensed, bonded and insured third party: Presidential Pest & Termite Exterminating, LLC

Everyone needs a Home Inspection! Michael J. Turner Home Inspections is trained to find defects, very well versed and experienced. Usually, people don't make an issue about small things, such as a missing light bulb, but can become overwhelmed or worried if large and expensive deficiencies arise. This is why you need Michael J. Turner on your side.

Michael J. Turner Home Inspections lay all the cards on the table,"like a doctor", I perform a thorough visual exam of your home. I probe the ins and outs of a residence and type detailed reports with photo's. You will be made aware, understand and view every photo taken. Your report will be delivered the same day via email! Your report will reflect the locations of shut off valves such as: Water, gas and electric. It will reflect the materials used, conditions, implications, recommendations, maintenance items, repairs and safety concerns. We go beyond what is expected and take the initiative to investigate further. Metaphorically speaking "Your Home is My Home" and I want to know what my home is doing!

An inspection can pay for itself if serious defects, major repairs or safety issues are discovered. Many times the seller is unaware of deficiencies. After the inspection your Licensed Professional Realtor will go over the report with you and address your concerns. You would be wise to seek a Professional Licensed Realtor to help you negotiate and act as the mediator between you and the seller.
