We offer all the training required to get you on the path of being a licensed home inspector in the State of Louisiana.
* Your initial prerequisite will began with 90-hours of on-line training with a free 1-year membership with (InterNACHI) National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. This course can be done on your time and at your convenience but should be completed within 6 months. If you are aggressive and eager, then this course can be done in less than a few weeks. Upon completion of you 90-hours on-line training you will begin....
* Your 30-hour platform training which is divided by in-class, report writing skills, software programs and hands on training. Upon completion of this class you will be able to perform a home inspection from start to finish. This is a rigorous course that contains needed information to succeed in this industry. Be prepaid to take notes!
* 10- Live Home Inspections is your opportunity to ride alongside a board approved certified inspector. You will obtain valuable information during the inspection both in relations ethics and standards. I will likely send you off to another certified live home inspector so you can get the feel of how other inspectors perform their duties. The goal is to better the home inspection industry.
