How Pricing Works

Most clients don’t know how many samples are needed — and that’s completely normal.
The number of samples is determined after a brief phone conversation and confirmed on-site before testing begins. The recommendation is based on

  • The type of concern (leak, odor, visible staining, health symptoms, etc.)
  • Where the issue is located
  • Whether the concern appears isolated or more widespread
  • The purpose of testing (homeowner information, real estate transaction, insurance documentation, remediation clearance, etc.)

You will know the cost before any testing is performed.

Typical Pricing

While every property is different, most projects fall within these ranges:

  • Two (2) Samples – $275 Targeted concern in a limited area
  • Three (3) Samples – $375 Common for single-issue homes or smaller layouts
  • Four (4) Samples – $475 Frequently selected for broader indoor air evaluation
  • Additional Samples – $65 each Added only when expanded coverage is necessary

Example: Four planned samples plus one additional sample would total $540.
