Pricing is based on total under-roof square footage, which includes:

  • Attached patio covers
  • Covered porches or other attached roofed structures

Total under-roof square footage determines inspection time and documentation requirements.

  • 1,501 – 2,000 sq. ft. – $375
  • 2,001 – 2,500 sq. ft. – $425
  • 2,501 – 3,000 sq. ft. – $500
  • 3,001 – 4,000 sq. ft. – $550
  • 4,001 – 4,500 sq. ft. – $650
  • 4,501 – 5,000 sq. ft. – $750
  • Over 5,000 sq. ft. – Call for pricing
